The Site is operated by Denise Lite for 2026 City Council, District 2 (FPPC ID #1476986) ("the Committee," "we," "us").
You must be at least 18 to make a contribution or create an account. Contributions may only be made by eligible contributors under applicable law.
All contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits and campaign-finance laws. By contributing, you certify that: you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; the contribution is made from your own funds and on a card issued in your name; you are at least 18; you are not a foreign national; and you are not making the contribution on behalf of another person. Contributions are not tax-deductible. Contributions are generally non-refundable except as required by law or to correct contributions that exceed legal limits or are otherwise impermissible.
When you submit feedback, messages, or other content, you grant the Committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and act on that content for campaign purposes. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, confidential, or that you do not have the right to share. Submissions are not confidential, and we are under no obligation to keep any submission private except as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send us sensitive personal information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data; impersonate any person; or misuse volunteer or campaign tools.
The Site and its content are owned by the Committee or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Committee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Committee from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services; we are not responsible for them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted.
